Shipping, Returns Terms And Conditions

SHIPPING:

  • Most internet orders placed before 12pm Central Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the next business day. For orders placed by phone please note that an additional day may be added to the internet shipping schedule.
  • Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.  Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). 
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
  • Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or the USPS.  Please include a phone number as it is required by FedEx. A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Gutter Gardens are lightweight…but long and the packaging is bulky, so the shipping fees may appear high. We do not make a profit from shipping and try to nest the planters whenever possible. Speak to one of our gardeners if you have questions. Toll-free 1-855-USA-GROW
  • You will be notified by email of the tracking number. Generally, standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days.

 

RETURN  POLICY:

 

WHAT can be returned?

  • All Gutter Gardens are returnable IF the product and all hardware is in the same condition as when purchased. Save the packaging if you think you may want to return it. Once the planter has had potting mix in it, we cannot re-sell it as new merchandise. If you return a used planter, you will be charged a 25% refurbishing fee and a 15% re-stocking fee.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

  • No later than 15 days after delivery confirmation.

WHERE do items purchased locally need to be returned to?

  • After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to:

This is our Mailing Facility that keeps standard CST business hours. (M-F: 8:30am - 6:00pm; Sat: 9:00am - 3:00pm; Sun: Closed) Refunds are done electronically by Gutter Gardens™, LLC the next business day and cannot be handled at the drop-off facility.

 

 

SHIPPING  for  returns?

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

 

CREDIT for returns?

  • Your credit card will be refunded once the unused item is received and inspected LESS our 15% restocking fee. Used items are generally not accepted. If we need to re-furbish the planters, an additional 25% service fee will be assessed.

 

Product  Packing  Materials?

  • The product’s packing material and hardware must be in same condition as when received.

TAXES

  • Gutter Gardens™, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders purchased by or sent to individuals/companies with an Illinois address.
